Q: Can I try your removal quote service before making any commitments?
A: YES. There are no sign-up fees & your first 10 domestic removals leads are free, so you can try out our removal quote service at absolutely no cost.
Q: Can I easily close my account if I'm unhappy with the service during the trial period?
A: YES. You can easily cancel the service at any time during the trial period but we feel confident that after you've tried our services that you'll be happy to stay with us.
Q: How do I continue using the service after my trial period?
A: To continue using the service we require that clients sign up for direct debit, this can be done at any time and you will still get your free leads if you sign up early.
After your trial then your account will automatically stop but you can reactivate it at any time by signing up for direct debit. We recommend signing up before your trial period ends to provide a continuous service.
Q: How long does it take for my application to be processed?
A: We will process your application as soon as possible & you should hear back from us within 24 hours.
Q: Do you promote/advertise your website to get more visitors?
A: YES. We invest a lot of time & money to give our website a good web presence, using search engine optimisation, Google Ads & standard advertising.
Q: Do you update your website regularly?
A: YES. We have a dedicated web developer who will be adding new features & updating the website.
Q: In what ways do you promote my removals business?
A: We will list your business in our removals directory and will have your own company page which you can edit yourself from your control panel. If you have a website, the links back to your website will boost it's search engine ranking. Our web developer will be happy to help you promote your removals business, from helping you create a new website, improvements on your current website or just general help promoting your removals business online.
Q: How much does each removal quote cost me?
A: We have a flexible pricing system, starting from just £1 for domestic moves & £3 for commercial moves. If you are in a busy area like London, you can offer to pay more for each lead as paying a higher fee will guarantee that your company is shown in the quote results. Also, the higher your quote fee the higher your quote will be displayed in the results.
Q: How much control do I have for my account?
A: You will get a password protected control panel where you can control all aspects of your account.
Control panel features:
- Edit your account information.
- Edit your removal quote pricing structure, including the maximum volume that you want to quote for.
(ideal for small companies or man-and-van businesses). - Easy quote pricing set-up.
- Choose if you want to quote for home or business moves, or both.
- Full/easy control over the postcodes that you want to quote for.
- Change how much you're willing to pay for each lead.
- Easily upload a logo or company image to be displayed in your public listings.
- We provide you with the code for a link back to us that contains your unique ID number, so if you refer a customer to us, you will get your lead for free.
Q: What do you do to prevent me getting charged for false removal quote requests?
A: When a removal quote is requested the customer needs to validate their email address before we process & display the removal quotes, this should prevent casual form filling & will prevent duplicate entries. If a removal quote request is reported to us as being false we will investigate and will delete the removal quote from the system if we find it is false & you won't be charged.
Q: Can I stop the removal quote service at any time?
A: YES. You can stop & restart the removal quote service whenever you want from your control panel.
Q: What do I get for adding a link back to your website?
A: If you add our link to your site any leads that originated from your site will be at no cost to you. When a link back has been added & verified we will even credit your account £10, so that's potentially 20 free quotes before you even start paying anything!
Q: Will I get any spam mail or unsolicited phone calls as a result of using your removal quote service?
A: Absolutely not! We operate a strict no spam policy. Any information supplied is held securely & in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Please read our privacy policy.
